Note from Diane MacPhee Krugh: "Jean Forbes was The Highland Dancing Teacher in Texas for years.......she taught in Dallas, and her husband Robert (Bob) Forbes was a piper.......both very dedicated to the Scottish Arts Community and ran the Dallas Highland games for years. They also came down to Houston to help with the Scottish Arts program at St. Thomas before Stewart Smith came. Jean retired many many years ago as did Bob, however, they were always very committed to the excellence in Dancing and Piping and were very loyal friends!!"
